At Daverii, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders!

Order Processing Times
Once you place an order, please allow 1-3 business days for processing and dispatch. Your order is considered dispatched once it’s handed off to our shipping carrier and en route to your chosen address. During busy periods and holidays, processing times may extend to 7 business days.

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
To ensure prompt delivery, it’s important that shipping details are accurate when placing your order. If we detect any issues, our support team will contact you within 3 business days for verification. If you don’t respond within this period, we may need to cancel the order.

Delayed Delivery
At Daverii, we work hard to get your order to you quickly, but sometimes delays occur beyond our control. Couriers may experience unexpected issues, like severe weather or transit disruptions, which could cause delays. We will work closely with them to ensure your package arrives as soon as possible and keep you informed of any updates.

Certain unforeseen circumstances, such as product availability issues, address verification, or payment processing delays, can also impact shipment timing. If any of these arise, we’ll notify you promptly.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We understand the frustration of lost or stolen packages. Once your package is handed to the courier, it’s beyond our control. In such cases, please reach out to us at hellodaverii@gmail.com for assistance. We recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim, as they may require additional information from you. We will also reach out to the courier on your behalf.

While Daverii is not liable for lost or stolen packages, we will do our best to help resolve the issue. If the package remains undelivered, a replacement may be possible depending on the circumstances.
