Cancellation Policy
If you wish to make changes or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, the order may already be in processing, and we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations. Orders canceled within 24 hours will receive a refund processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We ensure careful packaging to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken upon arrival. Minor packaging damage, such as dented boxes where the product remains intact, does not qualify as item damage.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery at hellodaverii@gmail.com, including a clear photo of the damage. We will assess if you qualify for a replacement at no extra cost. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or other factors beyond our control. For issues with your delivery, please contact the courier directly. DAVERII is not liable for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you entered an incorrect address and did not notify us within 24 hours of placing the order, we are unable to offer a resend or refund.
